I click on ordering this product. I never received any email confirmation for this order. After 14 days I got a package from GLS, and I had to pay for it. There was no invoice in the package! There was no address for return, no info about the company! There is only written sisibuy@outlook.com
I wrote about the case in this email. I got the return email where they wanted my bank account number, for the refund. I did not give that info. They also send me this address for return:
