So i ordered a cream colour bag from meesho hut git a red burgundy bag and that too in different shape. On return the delivery guy said he is directed to pickup the same product. Even though i clearly mentioned different product. Then the messho customer agent kept repeating the same thing that we have sent the cafalouge toh the delivery perosn and the product should match it. How will a order which have the different colour will match the catalogue
