I purchase a new Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inch, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black tab from bookmytab.com, but I receive a very poor condition old damaged small 7 inches tab. It has no SIM card slot, no front camera. And it has only 7 inches display size, I do not receive any original Buyer’s copy Tax Invoice Bill or any supplier address with it,

 I pay online Rs 3999/- for this tab on 15 August 2020. My order number 1606446020, I received tab on 27 August 2020 by Blue Dart.

so I request you to take necessary action for refund for my loss and mony.
