I reacharged two times on 23 may for rs 219 and 219 unlimited pack
But I was in post paid option while recharging I did not change my options to prepaid because mines us pre-paid account.
But my amount was deducted from bank

Iwent to airtel store and complained they saud you will get back the amount 438 in my account
Again on 2 June I called customer care the same anwer on 9th June
but till date no reply no refund me now I am calling customer care number not reachable 198 wrong numberthis is the way Airtel is playing with me and customers.
No problem I will take this issue to social media and consumer court of law and will c that this tourtre will not happen to other people who suffers like this
