I’m one of the customer in jio fiber for the last 6 months. My first connection was setup quickup but now I changed my house in the last 2 weeks then I had reported for location change for jio fiber network but still no one came to change that while calling for customer care also not responding properly and also they given manager number. I contacted him but he also not responding properly. What I can do now? My side everything did properly and also requested for location change 3 more times but still no response from your end. Please help me to resolve or else cancel jio fiber. Very worst customer service, engineer, management and manager.
