I received 18000 from my friend for sending to a purchaser of mine on 21/11/2022 ,10 % of total purchase money of 180000 for purchase of coconut i recueved the cash frim my fried via phone pe and the message was shown on phonepe app that mt money is credited later i resend the amount to my purchaser the account says of insufficent fund and while i contact phonepe customer care which is a robot says the money will be credited only in 5 days .such a fraud is happening to a lot of people and most arr not aware of where to complaint so they are doing this again and again my business is lost and my coconuts are not will be available for me if i dont pay the adavne by today evening which i have no more cash to send today so i want my total amout of purachse as my compensatuon for such poor and arrogant behaviour of phone pe and the application should have a account delete option where it is a personal need of customer
