Dear Sir,
I AFZAL SYED, I had placed an online order on SWG Care for 3 combo shirts and received 2 duty shirts
which cheaters cheated to me, hence i request to take serious action against the SWG Care online Shopping, My Online Order No. 35903802 and courier Tracking No. WSPC1050543348

saw an advertisement in youtube and placed an order and the order was:- pack of 3 casual long sleeved shirts-xl worth Rs. 649 and within 5 days I received my order but when I opened the parcel instead of 3 shirts there were 2 shirts that too dirty and was different from the shirt which I saw and ordered……I asked the delivery person to take back the parcel but he refused to take back the parcel he asked me to raise the complaint via sales combo app…but when I was opening the site of sales combo it was not opening and saying that error occurred can’t open the site……I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful as soon as possible because there is no use of the product which is delivered to me…..the address given in the parcel is :-khasra no 12/5, libaspur road, samaypur delhi, new delhi.
