I purchased poco x3 pro in oct 2021. In 2022 Poco was facing motherboard issue which is why they started offering replacement. Today is 7th jan 2023 , i am still covered under the warranty as it was extended for another 6 months . When i went to the service center they asked me to wait for 20 days, however no guarantee that they would be able to repair it. Even if they repair a same kind of motherboard would be installed which would only run for couple of month. The complaint is the phone model is not working why do you have to repair taking more than 30 days giving again the same crap piece instead of offering replacement
