I purchased brand new tv real me 50inches from Flipkart on Oct 2nd 2022 with in 20days I got the problem display panel is not working i contacted real me customer care they sent technician and said panel issue it’s just 20days i got this issue again contacted realme customer care and asked them to replace it but real me asked to contact where u did purchased it so i contacted Flipkart for replacement for the same they also saying pls contact realme they will provide you replacement. they sold defective peace to me and both top brand companies playing with customer. kindly help out of this issue i will file case on consumer court for the defective peace sold me and no response further.
