I purchased mobile phone named Mi 11 ultra in a premium segment of entire so called xiomi date 15/7/2021 from amazon at date 22/03/22 i faced a issue from this phone that and i visit to a service center of xiomi and they tell that you to give us mobile repair and they doesnot repair it,and i complain to xiomi coustmer care they says that you have wait up to 10 days and today date is 03/4/2022 then i call to coustmer care then they says that you have wait another 10 date plz help me to get out of this.
