I purchased Mangoes online through Sunray Farms on 21/05/2023 but didnt get ant delivery. I paid amount of 1399/- plus delivery charges of 250/- and submitted entire address nut till date I have not got any delivery on the given address neither getting my paid amount refund.

It’s a fake website and an e-commerce fraud, kindly raise the issue with Pay-U the payment aggrettor, who even after knowing the fraudulent transaction has been receiving payments on their behalf. Raise an issue with Pay-U and take up the matter with RBI, local police and Consumer Forum and make PayU a party to reveal the KYC details of Sunray Farms to book them under criminal charges. PayU has processed by refund after complaint. Kindly take proactive steps as a consumer.
