I purchased four sarees and made payment of Rs.1996 to M/s MVastram through Razor Pay. But the payment has not been acknowledged. The said amount has been debited from my account. Kindly help.

Hlo i purchased a dress of Rs. 499. Payment has not been acknowledged but the amout has been deducted from my account.
