I purchased AirTel broad band on 3rd June. They promised me give 2 Mbbs speed. But the internet connection is not working properly and very often there is no connection at all. I called the service provider for the past one week and he is always telling that it will be attended but till date it is done. His name is Ramesh and his mobile number is 7904869607.
When I tried to make a complaint there is nor proper number or email provided by Airtel in their mail. I surfed the net and even there, there is no help.
I was having Jio wifi connection and since they promised me a good speed connection, I paid 4000 plus and went for this broadband. it is of no use to me and it gives me lots of mental stress
