I purchased a Simtac Universal hazard flasher from skyboy shop of instagram there profile link is. https://instagram.com/skyboy.shop?igshid=bq5t4agobof6., Now that i have received the product and tried to install it with the help of a technician it was found that the flasher is not working as ut should work, so i said about the issue to them through instagram and even whatsapp but after that they are not giving any reply they are ignoring my messages, i said them to replace the product but they are not doing that to. Please help me with the issue and try to arrange a refund
