I bought a phone from Amazon on 8/30/2021 and returned it on 9/4/2021 at Amazon drop off location where CCTV picked my transaction. I received and email telling me my refund will be processed immediately. After some a long period of time, Amazon told me they did not receive the items and the items received has been trashed. Amazon refused to refund me despite contacting Jeff.
