1. My Vehicle number TN-11-AH- 7129 Initially Paytm were refused to take my complaint. When I called to the Paytm Customer care they asked to enquire in to the toll plaza.
2. When I asked in toll plaza, they insisted to ask the Paytm company.
3. Yesterday when I had sent an email and there is no proper response on email. I was requested to surrender my card and get back my caution deposit ₹ 250 + ₹150 (Paytm tag amount) and extra ₹200 – total is ₹600 to be refund to me.
4. Paytm response was very poor and they take 5 to 10 days resolve this issue. Paytm claims it’s a system issue. Such frauds needs to addressed immediately and I need my entire wrongly detected money to be back to my account.
