I purchased a New Xiaomi 12 pro 5G mobile Phone from Flipkart on 07 March 2023 via cash on delivery(Bill attached) with one year warrenty. They delivered above said phone on 09 March 2023. On date 10-08-2023 suddenly phone’s battery stopped charging then I have taken the phone to Xiaomi service center (Order detail attached) on 11 August 2023, after checking the details of phone they told me that this phone was activated in 25 December 2022 whereas I have purchased this phone on 07 March 2023. when I contacted Flipkart customer service about this they they told me that they will discuss matter with seller. On date 25 August 2023 I got a call from flipkart, they told me that seller accepted that he delivered a pre activated phone to me and he is ready to refund my amount of Rs. 46059 (return approved message photo attached). I got a message from flipkart that Ekart will pick your mobile phone on or before 28 August 2023. On date 27-08-2023 an agent of E kart came to my home for pick up but after checking mobile phone he told that phone is damaged and he will not pick up mobile phone. Then again I contacted Flipkart about this to flipkart customer care person that mobile phone was in Xiaomi service center for more than a week and they have replaced it’s defective part. Again on date 28-08-2023 E kart agent came for pick up and he has not picked up mobile phone and after that i got message from flipkart that your refund was cancelled.
