I purchased a New Samsung TV from Flipkart but they sent me a old dirty different brand TV inside a new box

Hello,

Around 15 days ago, I purchased a new Samsung 50 inches 4k UHD TV from Flipkart. I paid using EMI option from Flipkart 25th August morning, they delivered at around 8 pm in the evening. I opened the package at 9 pm and was shocked to see a old, dirty, different brand TV inside the New Box (Package). I immediately tried to raise a replacement, but the delivery agent did not mark it as delivered so, I called customer care. They promised to resolve the issue by 29th August. Since then I called Flipkart Customer Care for around 50+ times and answered their call for around 50+ times. I provided each and every documents, ID Proof, Pictures of TV, etc. and whatever Flipkart asked me. But every few days the replacement gets rejected, I raise new replacement, again it gets rejected. Today is 9th september which is 15 days since this horror happened and I have not yet received the replacement. As I purchased the TV in EMI option from credit card, the first EMI is also billed by the Bank, but the TV is not replaced with the Actual Product that I paid to Flipkart. Please help me get rid of this horror, frustration and embarrassment.
