I ordered 11 T-shirts on Ajio.com. All the products were sent to me correctly and I products cash on delivery. During the delivery of these 11 products, a fake order was delivered to me by Ship Streak. It was a Saarinen which I never ordered anywhere. I thought that it was one of the T-shirts I ordered from Ajio and I paid Rs. 1500 for it. After opening the package I called Ship Streak customer care. That girl bluntly kept repeating she doesn’t have the name or contact details of the seller who sent me this saari and took my cash. She also spoke arrogantly right from the beginning of the call which means this is a fake company and they are prepared to answer customer complaints like this as they are delivering cheap fake products during the delivery of other original products from original companies like Ajio. Ship streak is somehow collecting orders information from Ajio, and using the delivery process to squeeze in their own fake products and collect cash from customers. It only takes 2 minutes to handover a product to the customer and collect cash. After that they are gone and we can’t trace the delivery company or seller. So easy to fool a customer especially when you have ordered many items from a real website. Logistic companies have started cheating customers by hiding behind original orders.
