I bought UPS from Airtel thanks app. They took 1498.60 RS. I don’t have any view on the product I purchased digitally. I have been calling and speaking to customers care for hours . This is not right way for digital transactions to happen without giving customers a view on the purchase and status.
Almost 6 days has passed there is no any product received , or no technician has contacted me for delivery and installation. Below in message they said it will get install in 48 hrs. I have contacted customer support for query but they say There team will contact for further status in 4 hr. but 1st time they called but after that there were no call or messages from team. also i have proof of call recording were they say there team will contact inn 3 to 4 hrs.
