I placed an order on Amazon on Aug 10th 2020, Which intimated estimated date of delivery was Aug 17th 2020 I tried to contact Seller from Aug 16th but till date i didn’t received any response I spoke with different different Customer Support Executives from Aug 17th but till date I didn’t received any update. As per the last call I got the update that Buffer time was ended on Aug 22nd but till date I didn’t even receive any update from Amazon ? Why it happen ? What the reason for it ? Who is answerable for it ? I need a clear update and answer for this questions? And who is responsible for this?
