Ordered a iphone model 6S in amazon web on 20th May. paid the money by card. Received a phone on 26th May. Found there is a crack on the screen. Registered a return good complaint in Amazon web on 28th May. It directed to contact apple phone shop. Apple said, they cannot do anything. Only Amazon reseller can do the necessary action. But not able to connect with Amzon reseller. There was no contact phone number/ email Id to inform them. Only could do repeated return good requests in Amzon web. There was no acknowledgement of complaint too. Again called Apple on 3rd June to seek their help. The reiterated their earlier stand.
