Dear sir..
I taken one loan in cash e finance now i pay Rs.48000 principal amount and interest amount. My loan amount is Rs. 42000. Cash e finance sold my account in Kotak Prime Mail and also received it, and I paid my Rs. 48,000 in Kotak Mahindra Bank loan account (RAR23042999) loan account on March 5. Today I checked my Cibil cash and finance overdue of Rs. 62000. I am totally confused about what is happening. Why CASHe Finance sold my account and why Kotak Prime is asking to pay in the bank? I want a proper explanation of Kotak Prime and Cash E Finance. Please help me to solve my issue.
Kotak Prime employees said police will come and arrest you and your mother, so please pay today (05/03/2024) otherwise, you will be arrested.
On March 3, 2024, my cibil showed Rs. 42000 principal amount and Rs. 48000 overdue amount. I cleared the total amount of Rs. 48000 in kotak bank and reported it in cibil. Cibil will close the account, and this month, May 9, 2024, shows Rs. 63,000 overdue. I don’t know what happens, RBI. Please help me find out the problems.
