had used paytm postpaid facility which is given by Arthimpact Digital Loans Private Limited. I never missed the payments and paid before time only. My digital loan account with Arthimpact Digital Loans Private Limited was closed 6 months before only. But still that loan account showing Rs.5333/- as current balance. I have raised a mail to them and made a call also but they are not responding.

Due to this account showing the amount due balance my cibil score was decreased.
Its seem that the company is doing fraud with the customers.
Even they are nor lifting the customer care number.
