I travel delhi to ludhiana and i was booked neugo bus from isbt on 09/12/2024 11:00 am I have one lagged and this is under 20kg but neugo bus staff demand me 500 rupees for lagging. I gave 500 rupees then he load my bag in neugo lagging policy not written anywhere to pay less then 20kg .Staff tell I will gave u billlty but no one can gave me
