I paid my Fairfax water bill on time but the company do not see my payment on their record.
They sent me many mails stating that my payments were not made and added some late service charges. I responded to them with a proof of payments and no one responded to my email. travelled and came to find that my service is disconnected and some of my plants are dead for that service disconnection.
I have all the proof of payments and yet they asked me for making the payments again to restore the service on which I did to get the service back.
