Text of Complaint by Abhishek Das:

I had made a recharge of Rs. 470.80 (Gst Included) on my JioFibre Account on 1st of February 2021 through Paytm UPI Transaction of which I have all the proofs, the money got deducted from my Paytm Payments Bank Account, but the recharge wasn’t reflecting on my JioFibre Account, so I mailed JioFibre Helpline & gave them the payment proof and the details but they replied me back saying the transaction wasn’t successful and I will get my money refunded within 3 days, so I waited 3 days but did not get any response or the money. So I kept mailing them with all the details they asked including my bank statement & other payment proofs at the end they asked me to contact the app from which I paid, So I contacted PayTM Helpline and they replied back the same way asking me for proofs & other details all of which I provided and I had to wait, wait and keep on waiting for a reply back from either parties & after 19 days I get a reply from Paytm saying my recharge was successful in their database & if I hadn’t recieve the services I had to give them proof of my conversation with JioFibre Helpline which also I have provided through 15 mails since there is no option to even send them multiple attachments in the PayTM 24×7 Helpline through PAYTM APP and also I cannot mail them through any other source such as GMAIL Since they haven’t provided any EMAIL ADDRESS Where I could write them my issue not on app not anywhere on their website. By this time I’m deeply frustrated with such big names & Leading companies as JIO & PayTM with their services the customer service is a big disappointment and harassment for the customers, Please lodge my complaint against these so called Leading Service Providors or atleast suggest me what action should I take next.
