I have been paying for 100MBPS plan for last two years. and the router is 2.5GHz speed and one day upon my multiple complaints of slow internet another random technician came and said it is due to Router. as router doesn’t support the high speed. Now whose responsibility is it to tell me that I needed a router upgrade. Is it layman customer’s responsibility or the renewal person who starts sending messages 1 month prior the plan is about to laps. or the techinicans who are random and comes only when there is a complaint.
There is no customer support system, that based on the customer’s new plan they should have given proper details. After using the plan for 1 and half years I get update that GTPL router is not compatible
