I was ordered Samsung Core M10 for prize 5999 and cash on delivery mode.
While paying via Gpay QR scanning by mistakenly 1 was added in the last so 59991 was depited from my account. After paid only I realized did mistake in paying.
Contacted Amazon customer care and submitted the proofs and they started investigation and after 5 days they said 5999 only received to our end so raise dispute about the transaction in Bank.
I reached bank and submitted the proofs for dispute request and they started investigating and they closed that request as 59991 amount was credited to beneficiary account.
Now I m helpless what to do next. So raised the complaint. So pls help me to get my money 53992.
