I discussed with customer service team they suggested ke if you take setup box we will install within 24 hours but you need to pay 1000 rs charges on jio app I have slip as well as and asking for reachage with 1200 rupee I did all the things.
They closed my request next day without installation of setup box.
Now no one from jio team is helping me to out from this thing they are making daily false commitments.
And this is very frustrating for me.
It’s hampering my life and mentally balance because I am feeling like jio team cheated me.
I attached a screenshot where you can find resolution date 4th September but still they are making me fool.
