I am using Paytm Postpaid for almost a year now and I have paid all my dues on or before the due date without fail. Recently when I received my Cibil Report I came to know I lost 2 points of my Cibil Score and there still shows an outstanding due of Rs. 1000 in which still Rs. 523 is still pending. I have already paid all my dues and there is no pending dues for me. There is no option with the Paytm Postpaid to raise a complaint against this issue. When I called Paytm Bank customer care they said that this issue will be handled to the concerned department of Paytm Postpaid and there is no customer care service for Paytm Postpaid. I have no clue what to due with this issue.
