I will pay 300 rupee SUCCESSFULLY with PHONE PAY APP AND I scan LIPI QR CODE AND PAYMANT SUCCESSFULLY DONE THEN I GOING TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY AND APP SHOWING ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVATED
