Firstly I received a call saying that they are from flipkart and called for an interview, when i attended the interview i came to know it’s bpo cognizo company, during interview they told me to pay 1000rs as registration fee through google pay and i paid the amount ,they gave me a receipt and told to me to sign on it, i signed and then i came to know amount is refundable, after signing the receipt behind that receipt she wrote there is only 5% chance of asking 1500rs as training fee and on that day itself i told HR Amara that i won’t be able to pay 1500rs as I’m a student, she said it is not confirmed yet and don’t worry ,then after 3days i received call from company that i have to pay 1500rs training fee, i told her i can’t pay the amount and asked to refund the amount they said they will refund the 1000rs back to me, then HR called me and said that the company is not agreeing to refund so she suggested me to directly join to company for work without training later i waited for 1 month for the job but i didn’t receive any text from company and HR was not responding to me properly she was delaying, wasn’t answering my calls,then i received a text from company saying you have to come and meet at the office that too after another 15 days for job, I’m really fed up of waiting to do job and i told them i can’t take it any more please refund my 1000rs i don’t want to join your company, and the HR was like you can apply for refund but it is hard you might not get a single rupee as refund please help me .
