I ordered washing machine from Amazon on 10 July and delivered it to me on 12 July and the delivery boy said don’t open tomorrow a technician come and install it so wait then we wait for whole day no one was come and then we saw the washing machine it is quite small from our expectations and not suitable for 6 members family so we want to replace or return by Amazon coz this product(washing machine ) has 10 days return policy so we request to return but Amazon customer care service refuse to return or replace and he said we can’t fulfill your wish and we cant do anything with this issue they refused and they said we re not responsible for that now what we do…. I want to exchange or return this anyhow please do the needful
