I ordered three lights from amazon, two of which were similar and one different, I received the package, paid for full three products. I did not open the package for a few days because the installation team had not arrived till then. when I did open the package, I found one light which was different and one light of which I had ordered two. I did not find another similar light in the package. this one light was around 6k. I complained with amazon and told them that I did not receive one of the products, so I also want to return the one I received because I had to put them in set. They told me they will get with after a few days. They did get back to me and told me that they will refund for the one I return, and they do not have any policy for missing items so I will not get any returns. I have been using amazon for quite some time and preferred it over other websites. this really put me in a bad spot and I am utterly disappointed. I don’t know if I’ll buy something else from amazon again. I will also recommend others not to actively.
