I recently placed two order from meesho with pocketship being the delivery partner. But recently I received a message the said my order was delivered but it has not been delivered to me. I haven’t received any call or message from the delivery boy or the courier service. And when I raised a complaint in meesho they said they cannot do anything as it already shows delivered. The customer service was so bad.
