I received an advertisement for ClickCotton on Instagram. I visited the website and ordered two cargo pants. Four days later, the delivery boy called me, and I received the order, paying ₹898 via PhonePe. However, when I opened the parcel at home, I found two torn, old jeans instead of what I had ordered.
