Paid 336,336,411 rupees to buy Boat two Airpods and one smart watch but they have not yet been delivered. I have been charged for the same and money has been deducted from account. Furthermore, when I’m clicking on the link to track my order, it says that the website is not working. Several customers have filed similar complaints against the e commerce website. Would request you to kindly take strict action against the same at the earliest.
