Short Summary:
I ordered the study table from Amazon services and once I received the order I noticed that there was some damage to the product on the study table and also some parts were missing from the packaging, so I decided to return or exchange this product .

Details:
Another issue to discuss here is that when I purchased this product, Amazon said that the installation fee will not be charged to you. This will be done by (Greensol) brand and when I called the brand for installation, they said “Services will not be provided in your area, you can reach out to Amazon” and when I reached out to Amazon, they told that You can do this with the help of your local carpenter/technician. I have paid 1000 rupees to local carpenter to assemble the study table, and then the local technician said that it is damaged product and some parts are missing. Then I complained to Amazon Care.

After a long discussion with Amazon customer care they told that you will have to disassemble this study table with the help of a local carpenter as Amazon does not have any policy to disassemble it. I asked several times who would pay the fees to the local carpenter and they said you have to pay. Now my question to Amazon is “why do I have to pay? I don’t have a study table yet I have paid the installment fee and now you are asking for uninstallation fee.” The local carpenter is asking Rs1000 to disassemble the product, or Amazon is not even charging the carpenter for installation and uninstallation. If I have to return this product, this product will have to be disassembled with the help of local carpenter, then I have to pay the charges. Therefore this is not acceptable.

So I am requesting to Amazon to refund the installation/uninstallation charges or REFUND FULL AMOUNT of my product.
