I ordered the mobiflee k10 pro but I didn’t received any order number and shipment number also.. I want to complain this and I want my money back..

I lost 3999 rupees because of phoneiva. for my order they sent china make 520 model duplilcate phone.it has only 200mb internal and ram memory, insted of 8gb ram and 128gb internal memory. If we contact their customer care, they are asking 1500 rupees transaction charge, if not give they are asking ATM card photo.
