I ordered ptron power bank 20000 mah and it was not working and even not charging my phone back so I returned it and I want refund so I called coustermer care services and then they placed refund for me plus replace and even coustermer care service is so worst and Amazon gave me the worst experience ever

I want my refund and it has been more then 4 days but I am not getting my refund and coustermer service is so worst and I am so disappointed there are big two points first is I get power bank that can’t even charge phone ( I charged power bank until it comes to full ) after that to power bank is worst and can’t charge my phone
2nd ) I am not getting my refund and service is literally so worst even after I complain and I placed more then 100 calls I swear ur coustermer care service didn’t respond me first they call me and then computer design call goes on for 10sec or max 15sec then call cuts automatically literally I tried over and over 50 times so they connected me to a person and then to they didn’t answer me and didn’t even solve my any problem Amazon is worst and I need my refund or I will go to police and complain about my problem and file and fir agains Amazon
