I ordered a phone from Amazon.com on 25 July and I didn’t receive the phone when got delivery on 26 July , instead received a soap in the box. These guys made customers fool by doing this fraud and breaching customers integrity. This was a gift for a relative and these guys spoiled the event and now telling me that it will take 5 days, is it really justified??? to play with customers and harass them??
I have called these guys multiple times this morning and haven’t received any appropriate response from you all, all agents disconnected the call and didn’t even listen to me on chat also, they were simply transferring the chat from one to another.
This is about my money and efforts and you people are just simply fooling around.
