I saw paglinzo advertisement on my Instagram page I used to search these pave on Instagram but this don’t have an official page oru applications
I saw a red embroidery suit set I like that I use to purchase it from that page . On that page under shop option is there I click on it and I gone through there pg eon chrome in that page I saw more dress materials and the purchased people giving commends and reviews saw I trust and make sure to purchase from it and I gone through it I gave my phone number, my email address and my address
And the payment option is COD
My summary is I order on 14th Dec I that page we can see odays shipping so I think the product I get in my hands on 23 dec 2023 so I wait upto that day then I didn’t get any shipment or routing message from it I check from my mail then also no Mas from that fraud page.
On 16th Dec I get an msg from my normal message it’s picked up delivery my be on upto 24hrs .I wait for that but not came and not came .then I searched there page again there customer service mail ID I got I mailed them and k get an msv from there that on 21st I will get my product please keep Rs876(is the amount of the product) while delivery comes .
The delivery boy came and ask for the money then only they can get the otp the mistake is we didn’t open that . They get the cash and the poduct i get a cheap 1 meter plain red waste cloth th page has message me for the review and for the customer service call these number (+919007441067) I call on 23 dec several times 2 times they pick the call and they said that 24th dec I will get it. Now it’s 26 dec I didn’t yet get it so I sincerely giving these complaint please I want the suits or other wise I want my money back.
