I have ordered my food around 19 April 2021 12:28pm from the Zomato online i received my food but the food was totally cold and the order id 3291783665 and there i went to chat support they have said me this time as expections i paid 194₹
My transaction id is Paytm upi and there name as support team Garima said me that kindly excuse us this time we have spoken to restuarant they will not repeat this again and i am paying amount but i am receiving cold food and by eating this cold food if any health issues happens who is responsible kindly understand my situation i saved amount from past 1 week to order food but i received cold food and the chat team support name garmia is saying u xan eatbthis food this time i apologise and give me excuses and exception next time i will not repeat is that the way to treat customer paying amount also no use getting cold food and those zomotao people don’t leave even 0.001₹ only while ordering and now they escape by saying sorry for the inconveniences and i will make sure it is not happen again i want my refund
