I have already shared the documents.I am from Manipur I ordered the product
to my friend Mohd Subhan from Manipur, who is in Delhi because I want it
sooner as compared to Manipur He is temporary visit to my uncle house in
Delhi .When he received the items products in the under side of package
item is missing.Then I raise the complaint..The documents of adhar is for
his home town address Manipur. I have already talked to your cc executive
for it they agreed for the documents send the documents of ID must be dark
background I am attaching as below in two message your option of uploading
allowed only two ..You have to catch the Thief person for this fraud
delivery items and take legal action against the seller for misuse of your
company..If the address is not valid then why are you allowed to deliver
the address.. I request please refund as soon as possible..I am getting
lost for this product that I only received empty box no more mobile is
being received then why are you rejected my request..They are doing fraud
against me..If it had occurred to you how will you live in peace..Your cc
executive already give me the assurance of refund.
I already mentioned my issue for fraud delivery i.e missing my product I have told you as much as I can you have not take any action against the fraud delivery person whereas you not given the options of call but has a incoming call request by me all the cc executive waste my time making fun of my issue.. what’s the wrong with me..
And an amazing things is without no more inquiry to me issues resolved shows on my application order ..and also rejected my refund request.. what’s style of making way of enquiries..I have lost my money and the delivery person delivered missing products I am the victim of it what shall I do ? You have not hearing my request..
I request please do it refund and open my refund option in Flipkart app must be allowed while my issue hasn’t resolved.How long will I wait for it I complaint multiple times rejected five times without nothing investigation by me or via email..
Yesterday an email received please upload other documents nor adhar or pan I uploaded it..A few hours later I received issue had been rejected without any information..Then I raise complaint then an automatic email response issue will be escalated by 16 September..
Customer care executive also cut the call when I raise this problem and they don’t give connection to senior executive… issue must be raised by me and call will also be request by me .. what’s the fraud system service done by your company..I request please refund as soon as possible
