Sir/Madam,
I am Sayantan Roy. I ordered (Order id- EP2482430) medicines worth of 5546.59/- from dhani pharmacy and paid through card on 17th of January 2022. After that they modified my order and placed on 18th of January 2022 and informed to deliver on or before 23rd January 2022 but it’s 31st January 2022 11.45pm till today i did not get my medicines. I tried to know its actual delivery date but every time they told me to wait ’24 to 48 hours’ every single day and every single time from 23rd of January 2022. They even denied to tell any particular date which day they could deliver. I told them to transfer call to their senior but they simply denied to transfer. I ordered all medicines for my senior family members for February month which is left for few hours. My family members might get in trouble for such horrible thing but i am helpless and i need your attention and help. Please help us.
