Respected Court,
I ordered a krypton lem7 4g-lte gps watch phone with 2g+16g from “getsby.in” on 09/07/2019 and paid an amount of Rs 1299 . But the fact is that I have not got krypton lem7 4g-lte gps watch phone with 2g+16g .
I searched for their support service and mailed in two support email ids “hello@getsby.in” and “support@getsby.in” but in both the domains the mail delivery is failed.
I have proof of payment and order id and transaction id for the same, which I will be attaching here.
It is to mention that after the payment I got the message that that payment has been made Getsby.In .
So I request you to have a look at this matter and give me a support . either the product or the amount should be refunded from the shopping site.
