I ordered itel vision mobile on 17th sep 2020 i received it on 19th sep i was not satisfied with the camera and mobile was getting charged very slowly only 15% in an hour. I requested for replacement which got accepted and but the same problem is their with this mobile too so i requested for refund but it is getting rejected without any reason technician visit has been done 3 times they are not ready to refund.
