I ordered ikonic straightener from nykaa but it was defective and when I tried to use it and plug it in the board it bursted and my skin and hairs got completely damaged with it heated parts. It’s price range is 5720rupees. When I report it to their customer service they said we are unable to authorize any resolution for this issue. Please help me. Say them to give my money back. I tried a lot but they are not solving it.
