Few days before I ordered dji gimble from an Instagram ad brandmarts.shop and today I got my delivery in amount of 1500 and the item was cheap watch and now this is not opening plz help

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved. Please contact your payment gateway and demand a refund.
